IEEE BlackSeaCom 2023 Best Paper Awards
Congratulations to the recipients of the BlackSeaCom 2023 Best Paper Awards. These papers were selected as the result of a rigorous process. The co-chairs of each session nominated a set of top papers for the award, and these nominations were reviewed by a committee of respected scholars. The committee considered each nominated paper, its reviewer comments, and a nomination statement by the session co-chairs. As a result of the process, a total of 2 papers were selected by the committee for the award.
